With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joseph H. Daily (Columbus, Indiana), who passed away on June 10, 2023 at the age of 90. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Joseph H. Daily to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Coy Daily and Mary Hager Daily; his wife Joann Sebastian; and his sister Joann Daily Poffenberger. He is survived by: his close friend Jean Fogle; his brother Harold Daily; his children, Steven Joseph Daily (Jeaney), Karen Daily Kenny and Laura Daily Fritz (Eric); his grandchildren, Sarah Kenny, Kyle Daily (Courtney), Amie Delgado (Cristian), Justin Miller and Kate Johnson (Marques); and his close friend Mark Fogle (Teresa). He is also survived by eleven great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions may be made to Our Hospice of South Central Indiana or donor's choice of charity.

“Joe was a great man. I always remember his quiet disposition and even temperament as well as outworking just about everyone. He had the patience of Job and I never saw him upset no matter how long it took to do anything. If he needed to unload a semi with a scoop shovel it was just part of the job. I'm glad he had Jean in his life after Jo Ann passed. They were good for each other. We will miss you Joe. Till we meet again, B.G.”
