She is survived by: her former husband Kenneth L. "Kenny" Hammack; her sons, Scott T. Bartley (Mandy) and James W. Bartley (Jamie D. Grandstaff); her grandson Cole C. Bartley; her brother Roe C. East (Sharon); and her nephew Andrew J. "Andy" East (Deidi).
