He was predeceased by: his father Kenneth Phair; and his sister Diane Abplanalp. He is survived by: his mother Patricia Hurd; his wife Donna Kay Phair (Cooper); his children, Danielle Westerfeld (Zach) and Dylan Phair (Emily); and his siblings, Larry Phair, Gary Phair and Darlene Aguilar (Rudy).
