He was predeceased by: his parents, James T. Speakman and Mary E. Denbow Speakman; his grandson Bryan Ray; and his son-in-law Brian Ray. He is survived by: his wife Margaret Thewlis; his daughters, Sara Ray of New Port Richey, FL., Susan Stier (James) of Columbus, Lisa Likens (Eric) of Columbus and Lori Speakman (Andrew Douglas) of Columbus; and his siblings, Larry Speakman (Judy) of Jacksonville and Linda Schutte (John) of Carmel. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren.
