She was predeceased by: her parents, James B. Deaton and Mattie Mae McIntosh Deaton; her husband Hank C. Burton; her sons, Scott R. Hill and Jeffrey A. Burton; her granddaughter Haley Hill; and her siblings, Lloyd Deaton, Wanda Mae Albin and Bertie Puckett.
She is survived by: her children, Phillip D. Hill (Olivia) of Gratis, Jeannie Moon of Columbus, Daniel L. Burton (Anita) of Columbus, David G. Burton (Shelli) of Columbus and Terri Satterfield (Walter) of Columbus; her grandchildren, Tish Kibler, Erica, Casey Hill, Jack, Josh, Charli Engle, Lauren Perry, Logan Thompson, Benjamin Dobson, Stephen, Michael and Eric Mullins; her siblings, John T. Deaton of Ohio, J. B. Deaton of Ohio, Dora Sebastian (John) of Ohio, Naomi Rudd of Ohio, Jessie Ruth Loveless of Ohio, Ida Dixon of Ohio and Gail Jackson (Jack) of Ohio; her daughter-in-law Carolyn Mullins of Elizabethtown; and her close friend Ruth Ann Franke. She is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
