She is survived by: her daughter Gina Perkins of Columbus; her daughter-in-law Debbie Gooldy of Columbus; her grandchildren, Cody Clouse of Fishers, Luke Perkins (Brooke) of Elizabethtown, Eli Perkins of Hartsville, Emily Perkins of Columbus and Shelby Gooldy of Chicago; and her great grandchildren, Kinsley of Columbus, Macey of Columbus and Isabelle Perkins of Columbus. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
