She was predeceased by: her husband Carl Conti; her daughter Carla Conti Leach (Kyle); her parents, Charles Ned and Ann Robbins Cook; and her sisters, Patricia Skinner, Alice Jeanne Magaw and Lee Seagers.

She is survived by: her son Charles Paul Conti (Cathy); her grandchildren, Alaina Conti Derrick (John), Connor Conti Leach and Lorin Conti Osman; and her great grandchildren, Theodore Derrick, Martin Derrick and Taylor Osman.

In Jane's memory donations may be made to The Alzheimer's Association.
