He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert William and Ruth Marie Schreiner Herbert; and his brother Dick. He is survived by: his wife Mary of Columbus; his sons, Chris Herbert (Debbie) of Seymour and Benjamin Herbert (Sarah) of Columbus; his grandchildren, Jay, Elsie, Bella and Becca; and his siblings, Don Herbert of Greensburg, Roberta Harpring of Greensburg, Wilma Cornn Young of Greensburg, Ruth Ann Williams of Greensburg, Catherine Kramer of Greensburg, Rosemary Ward of Greensburg, Barb Greiwe of Greensburg, Joe Herbert of Greensburg, Sue Burkhart of Greensburg, Walter Herbert of Greensburg, Bill Herbert of Greensburg and Lynn Redelman of Greensburg.
