He is survived by: his wife Mary Roberts August; his sons, Jeffrey E. Lloyd of New York, NY and Erik J. Lloyd of Richmond, VA; and his brother Roger L. Lloyd (Evelyn) of Salem.

The family request that in lieu of flowers memorial contributions be made to Our Hospice of South Central Indiana or Columbus Parks and Recreation.
