She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Stiles and Betty Stiles (Hull); her husband George Stewart; and her sister Dr. JoAnn Stiles Ritter. She is survived by: her children, Scott Stewart (Unhui) of Sacramento, CA, Victoria Stewart Glick (William) of Columbus, IN, Jennifer Stewart of Columbus, IN and Christopher Stewart (Joanne) of Columbus, IN; her grandchildren, Andrew (Ginnafer), Victor (Maricela), Matthew, Adam Stewart and Kathryn Glick Williams (Michael); and her sister-in-law Janet Pash. She is also survived by three great-granddaughters; two great-grandsons; three nieces.
In lieu of flowers, Jacqueline wished any memorials be made to the Bartholomew County Humane Society, Community Animal Rescue Effort (CARE), Inc., Our Hospice of South Central Indiana or charity of choice.
