With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jacqueline Lehman Campbell (Columbus, Indiana), who passed away on June 4, 2019 at the age of 42. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Alvin J., Rosemary Lehman (Strickland) and Dwight M. Clark. She is survived by: her husband John R. Campbell; her parents, David R. Lehman and Teresa K. Lehman (Clark); her children, Ayden, Bryce, Logan and Chloe Campbell; her brother Chad Lehman (Sabrina); and her grandmother Wilma Clark of Columbus. She is also survived by many aunts uncles and cousins.
Memorial contributions may be made in memory of Jackie to Our Hospice of South Central Indiana or to Waynesburg Christian Church through the funeral home.
