He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard "Casey" Foist and Fern Nickerson Foist; his siblings, Willard "Bill" Foist and Donna Brooks; and his son Jackie Foist.
He is survived by: his siblings, Betty Lowery, Nancy Cordry and David Foist (Mary Ann); his sister-in-law Sheryl Foist; his stepson Michael Foist; and his close friends, Emma and Jay Tableau of Wisconsin. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
