She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester Pennington and Linnie Rutherford Pennington; her daughter Sheila McNeeley; her grandson Shane Anthony Lucas; and her siblings, Virgil Pennington, Raymond Pennington, Jacob Lee Pennington, Dorothy Wright and Irene Wells.
She is survived by: her son Kevin Earl Sparks (Laura) of Milton, KY; her siblings, Wilbur "Pete" Pennington (Naomi) of Brookville, IN, Robert "Bob" Pennington (Kim) of Taylorsville, IN, Charles "Chuck" Pennington (Charlene) of Seymour, IN, Geraldine Pierce (Carl) of Sunman, IN, Joy Marsh of Laurel, IN and Betty Jo McDaniel of Brookville, IN; and her grandchildren, Tonja Yarling (Scott) of Shelbyville, IN, Shawn A. Riley (Jamie) of Columbus, IN, Devan Sparks of Columbus, IN, Chelsey Auxier (Brandon) of Madison, IN, Shelby Jo Gorbett of Columbus, IN, Kyle Sparks (Kim) of Milton, KY and Mitchell Sparks of Milton, KY. She is also survived by several step-grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
