She is survived by: her children, Deborah Kay Burnette of Nashville and Reasy T. Smith of Columbus; her grandsons, Justin Kennedy of Bloomington, Brent Burnette of Columbus and Elliott Burnette of Nashville, Indiana; and her sisters, Christine Shipley of Columbus and Anna Sebahar of South Carolina. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and other relatives.
