He was predeceased by: his parents, Maurice McNicholas and Alvera Oliphant McNicholas; his wife Tina McNicholas; and his brother Mike McNicholas. He is survived by: his children, Gavin McNicholas (Cristina), Jayson "Jay" McNicholas (Rachel), Josh McNicholas (Cheryl), Joey McNicholas (Talara), Carl McNicholas and Carrie Jackson; and his siblings, Robert McNicholas (Leigh) and Kathy Dobbs. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
