She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester Denny and Edna Forgey Denny; her husband Dale Howe; and her sisters, Kathleen Beck, Mary Alice Matthews and Jean Meyer.

She is survived by: her daughters, Janet Valmore (Doug) of Fishers and Leigh Ann Howe of Carmel; and her grandchildren, Lauren and Cameron Valmore.

Memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's Association (https://www.alz.org) or to Newbern United Methodist Church thru the funeral home.
