She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Everroad and Irene Everroad; her brother Johnny Everroad; and her grandmother Blanche Everroad. She is survived by: her husband Paul Dettmer; her children, James Essex of Hope, Teres Bingham of Columbus, Joshua Dettmer (Dishi) of Chesapeake, VA and Jennifer Harker (Scot) of Columbus; her grandchildren, Evan Bingham, Jonah Harker, Avery Harker and Jacob Dettmer; and her siblings, Elizabeth Dean, Rosa Nicholson, Juanita Scott and Leroy Everroad.
Memorial donations in her name may be made to St. John's Lutheran Church or White Creek Lutheran School.
