He is survived by: his children, Gerald, Jr. (Diane), Mark (Patty Walker) and Beth Mihay Mahdesian of Columbus; his grandsons, Ian Mihay (Lynnessa) of Columbus and Lee Mihay (Brittany) of Louisville, KY; and his great grandchildren, Anderson, Elliot Mihay of Columbus, Wesley and Jake Mihay of Louisville, KY..
