Fields (Patty), Larry D. Fields (Jacqueline), Joyce M. Adams (Jim) of Columbus and Connie S. England (Terry) of Columbus; and his grandchildren, Sidney Fields, Lillian Fields, Tyler Ulreich and Blake Ulreich.
