She was predeceased by: her parents, Marion McKinney and Esther Ferguson McKinney; her husband William "Bill" Young; her daughter Rosemarie Young; and her sisters, Nancy Ferguson and Donna Trittin.

She is survived by: her children, Wyatt Young (Dawn) of Elizabethtown, Jeff Young of Columbus, Roger Young (Gwen) of Columbus, Eric Young (Jennyfer) of Ohio and Laura Lashley (Tom) of Hope. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren; one step-granddaughter and one step great-granddaughter.
