She is survived by: her close friend Leonard Koontz; her children, Cynthia Whitis and James Cody; her stepdaughter Misty Kootnz; her grandchildren, Robbie Hubbard, Sean Hubbard, Ryan Hubbard, Jennifer Hubbard, Charity Hubbard and John Weidman; her sisters, Barbara Purtlebaugh and Victoria Shaw; and her close friend Cora Merriman.
