He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Robert Barker and Isabelle Barker; and his siblings, Garry Lynn Barker, Beverly Kay Tempest and Carol Jean Barker.
He is survived by: his wife Janet Barker; his children, Patrick Barker (Joan) of Liberty Township, OH, Kimberley Rayburn (David) of Columbus, IN and Duane Matthew Barker (Melissa) of Floyds Knobs, IN; and his sister Marcia Schwering (Steve) of Rushville, IN. He is also survived by 9 granddaughters.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the ALS Association or Parkinson's Foundation through the funeral home.
