She was predeceased by: her parents, James Thomas and Susie Holtclaw Neat; her husband John W. Blackburn; her son Bobby Blackburn; her grandchildren, Terry Burton and Jeremy Luken; and her great great grandchild Theodore Blackburn.
She is survived by: her children, Mary Bowling (Ken) of Columbus, Alice Faye Palmer (Jim) of Louisville and Bill Blackburn (Brenda) of Columbus; her brother Earl Neat of Adair County, Kentucky; and her grandchildren, Fred Cave (Tina), Kenneth Cave (Rueann), Angie Adair (Jimmy), Donna Jordon (Daymond), Tamara Cave, Shane Blackburn (Amanda), Shannon Bullington, Trisha Rudd (Gary) and Jenna Richards (Bobby). She is also survived by 22 great-grandchildren; and 23 great-great-grandchildren.
