He is survived by: his sisters, Glena Oliphant and Tammy Sprague; his significant other Wanda; his stepdaughters, Abigail Pittman and Amber Smith (Michael Smith II); and his grandchildren, Michael Smith III, Makayla Smith, Nicholas Saunders, Jack Hobbs III and Gracelyn Lasley.
