He was predeceased by: his parents, Ivan Joel and Mary Alice Bell Maudlin; his daughter Donna Hisey; his siblings, Ivan Nelson Maudlin and Shirley Ann Garrison; and his granddaughter LeDonna Hisey.
He is survived by: his daughter Sue Ann Maudlin Moore of Columbus; and his grandson Michael Moore of Columbus.
