He was predeceased by: his parents, Alva Marion and Gladys L. Crouse (Light); and his siblings, Austin Crouse, Hubert Crouse, Ray Crouse, Carl Crouse, Martha Elizabeth Crouse, Mary Lou Light and Dorothy Smith.
He is survived by: his wife Geraldine Crouse (Pell); his children, Joni Butenhoff, Donn Crouse II (Heather) and Lana Frey (Scott); and his grandchildren, Zackary Butenhoff, Emily Frey and Anna Frey. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
