She was predeceased by: her parents, Masaru Tukahara and Motoko Kuchiishi Tukahara. She is survived by: her husband Nelson S. Kano; her daughters, Luciana Wilson (Reuben) of Columbus, Giuliana Tu (Brian) of Columbus and Ilyana Owens (Stephen) of West Virginia; her grandchildren, Kiyomi, Taisuke, Mitsumi Wilson, Grayson Tu and Carter Owens; and her sister Lucia Iwassaki (Augusto) of Brazil.
The family request that in lieu of flowers memorial contributions be made to St. Bartholomew Catholic Church.
