It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Derek Andrew Pastrick of Columbus, Indiana, who passed away on July 20, 2023, at the age of 55, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his mother Regina Sue Murphy Pastrick, Jr.; his children, Donovan Pastrick of Columbus, Dustin Pastrick of Columbus, Dakotah Pastrick of Columbus and Kendra Pastrick of Columbus; his grandson Anthony Pastrick; his father George Pastrick, Jr.; and his brother George Tre Pastrick (Ruthann Simmons) of Columbus.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Elks Lodge #521.
