She was predeceased by: her parents, John R. Winchester and Goldie U. Barnes Winchester; her sisters, Judy Ford and Joyce Fisher; and her daughter Judy Tharp.
She is survived by: her son Dale Hupp of Columbus; and her grandchildren, Stacey Cacho (Naiot), Jamie Baird (Ron), Jonathan West, Josh Fox and Logan Hupp (Taylor). She is also survived by 11 great grandchildren; 6 great great grandchildren.
In memory of Ms. Wagers memorial contributions may be given through the funeral home to the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation or the Dementia Society of America.
