She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Howard and Rosemery Kender Lawver; and her sister Cyntha Bo Estes. She is survived by: her children, Mary Leona Snyder, Donald H. Lawver, Steven Lawver and Charles Lawver; the father of her children Steven Rains; and her grandchildren, Noah Lawver, Braydon Lawver, Skiler Fortner, Mason Lawver, Braylnn Lawver and Olivia Lawver.

Memorials may be made to Riley Children's Hospital in honor of Debra.
