He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Warner and Alberta Jenkins Warner; and his siblings, Doris Ann Warner, Carol Sue Warner, Kenneth Eugene "Jerry" Warner, John Henry Warner, Larry William Warner and Richard L. Warner.
He is survived by: his wife Betty J. Bradley; and his children, Jimmy Warner (Theresa) of Greensburg, Bryon Bradley of Carlisle and Christa Barger (Luther) of Columbus. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
