He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Horn and Lena Horn; his sister Leta Chinn; his aunts, Neva Singleton (Earl), Emma Gressel (Simon) and Margaret Horn; his nephew Ronnie Bozell; and his stepson Wesley Darnell.
He is survived by: his wife Norma; his children, Judy Zebell (Dennis) and Jerry Horn of Columbus; his stepdaughter Rebecca Darnell of Logansport; his niece Marilyn Bozell; and his nephew Darryl Bozell.
Memorial donations may be made to Our Hospice of South Central Indiana or the Westside Community Church.
