He was predeceased by: his parents, Hubert Lange and Alverta Lange; and his brother Gary J. Lange. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Lange; his children, Jackie Moore (Jason), Heidi Straub (Sam), Tina M. Turner and Gary L. Turner; and his sister Kathy Adams. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren.

Memorial Contributions in David's name may be made to St. Paul Lutheran Church or St. Peters Lutheran Church.
