With heavy hearts, we announce the death of David A. Mize (Columbus, Indiana), who passed away on February 21, 2020 at the age of 42. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his mother Terri L. Secrest; his brother Kraig Mize; and his grandparents, Jerome, Jean Mize and Jeanette Thompson.
He is survived by: his father David A. Terri L. Thompson of Elizabethtown; his children, Courtney Faulkner of Columbus and David A. J. Mize of Greensburg; and his sisters, Danie and Kori Mize of West Virginia. He is also survived by 6 aunts and uncles; as well as several cousins.
Memorials may be made to the funeral home to assist with expenses.
