He was predeceased by: his parents, Ronald Earl and Mable Lorene Sneed Spencer. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Ann England; his children, Jeff Spencer (Andrea) of Maryland, Lori Hontz of Columbus and Stacey McCarty of Columbus; his sister JoAnn Bragg; his grandchildren, Dustin England, Chelsea Brooks, Amanda Wade, Trenten Spencer and Kylie Spencer; and his great grandchildren, Easton England, Ayden Hamm, Adalynn McCray, Brayleigh Hamm, Alyiah Wade and Emerson England. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be made to the Shriners through the funeral home.
