He was predeceased by: his father Rex Matlock. He is survived by: his mother Barbara S. Matlock of Columbus; and his sisters, Teresa Damaska (Jon) of Holland and Melissa Ewen (Scott) of Brown County. He is also survived by four nephews; three nieces; three great-nephews; and two great-nieces.
