She was predeceased by: her parents, Bert Pruitt and Roseda Pence Pruitt; her children, Dan Schafer and Nancy Moore; and her siblings, Pence Pruitt and Roseda Smith.
She is survived by: her sons, Chuck Schafer of Ohio and Tom Schafer (Sandy) of North Kingstown; and her sister Elenora Hoeferkamp (Harold) of Gulf Shores, Alabama.. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; five great-grandchildren.
The family request that in lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the donor's choice of charity.
