She was predeceased by: her mother Dora McAnnelly; her husband Clyde W. Ballard; and her daughter Tammy Johnson. She is survived by: her children, Danny Ballard of Elizabethtown, Donny Ballard (Gail) of Columbus, Ronnie Ballard (Tonda) of Columbus and Tracy Ballard of Columbus; and her sisters, Nelda Burnett of Columbus and Rhonda Wilbur of Columbus. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Barkes, Weaver & Glick Funeral Homes and Crematory - Washington St (1029 Washington St, Columbus, IN 47201). A funeral service was held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 at 3:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 at 10:30 AM at the Springer Cemetery.
