She is survived by: her children, Michael Forrest of Columbus and Larrikay Mahoney (Mike) of Seymour; her stepchildren, Duane Risser (Karla) of Columbus and Karen Riley (Mike) of Columbus; and her grandchildren, Bre White-Lambert (R. J.), Matthew Mahoney (Emily), Christian Mahoney (Carrigan), Zachary Risser, Payton Roy (Jacob), Elizabeth Riley, Luke Riley, Isaiah Riley, Elijah Riley and Noah Riley. She is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren.
