He was predeceased by: his mother Ronda Lee Sixkiller; his stepbrother Josh Green; his uncle Steve Graham; and his great-grandparents, Sandy, Dora Newman, Reuben and Lena Sixkiller.
He is survived by: his grandparents, Lynn Parker Sixkiller of Columbus, Indiana and Henry Sixkiller of Fort Duchesne, Utah; his brother Brandon Wayne Sixkiller (Luz) of Columbus, Indiana; and his aunts and uncles, Carrie Graham, Christy Sixkiller (Jeff Johnson) and Tyler Sixkiller. He is also survived by several cousins and other relatives.
