She was predeceased by: her husband Glen; and her brother Charles Mitchell II. She is survived by: her children, Timothy G. Salmons of Indianapolis and Christy Campbell (Brian) of Columbus; and her grandchildren, Dakota, Kelsey, Heather and Kylie Altepeter.
