She is survived by: her husband Jim Battin; her sister Mary Morford; her daughters, Samantha Harpring (John) and Steffany VanEpps; her grandchildren, Jacob Harpring (Logan), Taylor VanEpps, Luke Harpring and Emma VanEpps; and her great grandchild Hadley Harpring. She is also survived by several nieces and cousins.

Memorial contributions can be made to Just Friends Adult Day Services or Sonya's Dance Zone, where a scholarship fund has been set up in Charlotte's name. Donations can be made to the Dance Team Booster Club.
