He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles W. Turney Sr. and Josephine Louise Harvey Turney. He is survived by: his wife Sheila A. Mason; his stepfather Donald Ferry of Browns Summit; his daughters, Billie Turney of Wichita, KS and Nicole Turnery of Galena, MO; his stepchildren, Chad Badger of Taylorsville and Tamara Cochran (Matt) of Columbus; his grandchildren, Noah Briggans, Jordan Briggans, Stormie Briggans, Jessie Parnell, Colton Parnell, Trinity Parnell, Michael Badger, McKenzie, Annabelle and Kedron Cochran; and his siblings, Janet Brooks of Florida, Teresa Turney of Columbus, Cheryl Heiny (Randy) of North Carolina, Patty Toler (JT) of Browns Summit and Patrick Ferry (Rory) of Zionsville, Pennsylvania. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and other relatives.
