He is survived by: his wife RuthAnne Crouch; his sons, David Thompson (Sandy Amendola) of Denver and Troy Thompson (Brenda) of Columbus, Indiana; his grandchildren, Audrei Thompson, Brooke Thompson of Denver, Kaley Thompson of Denver, Garrett Thompson (Kari) of Simpsonville and Gavan Thompson (Keshia) of Columbus, Indiana; his great grandchildren, Klair, Alaina, Koen and Eyzleigh Thompson of Simpsonville; and his sisters-in-law, Barbara Martin of Elkhart, Patty Frazier of Seymour, Jeanne Hall of Sullivan and Kelly Crouch of The Netherlands.
