Collins (Alice) of Columbus; his grandchildren, Leslie Harper (Anthony), Derrick Collins (Jasmine Wells), Jessica Collins (Deanna) and Jack Thomas Collins; his stepgrandchildren, Laney Acton, Piper Shoemaker (Cameron David) and Nicholas Wedyck; his great grandchild Octavia Collins; and his siblings, Terry, Jeff, Judy, Kathy and Lisha.
