He is survived by: his children, Tim Filson (Marilyn) of North Vernon, Chad Filson (Kacey Pierce) of South Bend, Cory Filson of South Bend, Ramona Holmes (Chris) of Columbus, Nicole Kovach of South Bend and Kyrstn Helson (Danny) of Bowling Green, Kentucky; his sisters, Pam Baxter (Rex) of Flat Rock and Margaret Hoppus of Greensburg; and his grandchildren, Jake Filson of South Bend, Penny Filson of South Bend, Brynn Filson of South Bend, E. J. Kovach of South Bend, Liam Filson of North Vernon, Abel Helson of Bowling Green, Jayden Holmes of Columbus and Tristen Filson of Columbus.
