He is survived by: his wife Noralhee B. Gaudia Turner; his children, David Whitehead, Stacy Carman and Douglas Edward Turner; and his siblings, Ron Taylor, David Taylor, Carl Turner and Patty Osborne.
Visitation was held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the Rittman Family Funeral Home (3855 25th St, Columbus, IN 47203). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Garland Brook Cemetery (501 N Gladstone Ave, Columbus, IN 47201).
