He was predeceased by: his parents, Irvin Kelley and Hazel Brown Kelley; his wife Elma Aline Perry; his daughter Patricia Garrett; his brother Herchel Kelley; and his grandson Brian Kelley.
He is survived by: his children, Larry D. Kelley (Sharon) of Columbus, Don E. Kelley (Brenda) of Columbus and Teresa A. Arthur (Joe) of Seymour.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Barkes, Weaver & Glick Funeral Homes and Crematory - Washington St (1029 Washington St, Columbus, IN 47201). A funeral service was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
