She is survived by: her sons, Michael Shoultz (Shannon) of Portland and Mark Shoultz of Columbus; her grandchildren, Caleb Shoultz (Nikki) of Longmont, Benjamin Shoultz of Columbus and Bailey Shoultz of Columbus; and her great grandchildren, Kaitlynn Hawk, Kane Allred, Zoey Shoultz and Jaxson Shoultz.
