She was predeceased by: her parents, Otis Streeval and Mary Streeval; and her siblings, Hoyt, Donald, James Streeval and Joyce Fiesbeck.
She is survived by: her husband Charles Foster Sr.; her children, Dana Foster of Columbus, Kelly Foster Turner of Edinburgh, Noreen Foster of Illinois and Charles M. Foster, Jr. of Indianapolis; and her sisters, Mattie DeSpain of North Vernon, Juanita Streeval of Taylorsville and Regena Collett of Edinburgh. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren and many great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, April 18th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Garland Brook Cemetery (501 N Gladstone Ave, Columbus, IN 47201). A memorial service will be held on Friday, April 18th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Garland Brook Mausoleum Chapel.
Mrs. Foster's family asks, in lieu of flowers, that donations be made to your local library or The Lord's Cupboard in Franklin, Indiana.
